1. Who we are

Local Vision is software provided by Aldo Caetano da Silva Filho Consultoria em Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ 61.359.787/0001-77), a company registered in Lauro de Freitas, Bahia, Brazil. Contact for any matter, including cancellation and refunds: aldo.caetano@localvision.com.br.

2. Payments and reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

3. License

Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Local Vision on one installation (one computer) while the subscription is active. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or remove license checks from the software, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Trial, subscription and renewal

• Trial: 14 days per installation, no card required. When it ends, monitoring features stop until you subscribe.
• Subscription: US$ 29 per month per installation, plus applicable taxes, charged by Paddle at the start of each monthly cycle. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• Offline grace period: paid licenses keep working for up to 7 days without reaching our license server.
• Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next cycle.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime through the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing aldo.caetano@localvision.com.br. Access continues until the end of the paid cycle. Refunds follow our refund policy.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using Local Vision lawfully, including notice and consent requirements for recording people, faces and license plates in your jurisdiction, and for keeping your computer, cameras and passwords secure.

7. Limitation of liability

Local Vision is a monitoring aid and does not replace professional security, monitored alarms or emergency services. Automatic detection can produce false positives and false negatives, and operation depends on power, network, cameras and your computer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, losses from undetected events or misuse; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Support and updates

Support is provided online at aldo.caetano@localvision.com.br on business days. App updates are announced inside the app and are included in the subscription.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
