Frequently asked questions
Do I need a GPU or fast internet?
No. Detection runs on the CPU. Performance depends on your computer, resolution and number of cameras. Internet is needed only for integrations you enable, the subscription and remote access.
Do my images go to external services?
Continuous video, recordings and the face database stay on your machine. If you enable Telegram, alert photos are sent to it.
Will it work with my current cameras?
If they speak RTSP (most IP cameras, including Hikvision, Dahua, Reolink, Amcrest and TP-Link Tapo) or are USB webcams, yes.
Do I pay per camera?
No. The subscription is US$ 29/month per installation, with as many cameras as your computer can handle.
Who processes my payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, taxes, invoices and payment support.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.
Windows blocked the installer (SmartScreen)?
The installer isn't code-signed yet. On the SmartScreen screen, click “More info” and then “Run anyway”. You can verify the file's SHA256 from the download email.
